UCMAS too decided to get on board this train but with the sole aim of nurturing strong cognitive skills at a young age to unleash children’s innate latent mental potential at an early age when brain development is most rapid.
Program Structure
The abacus is used in the UCMAS program to stimulate young minds, giving students a unique ability to rapid mental math calculations. The finger technique and formulas for using the physical as well as mental abacus to work on book pages are taught to students. All students in the UCMAS abacus math classes end up advancing beyond their years academically as well as experiencing holistic development.
